Dr Pfulg, a specialist in facial cosmetic surgery, is the driving force behind Laclinic’s unfailing reputation. He is an aesthetic expert in the broadest sense.

He has an eye for assessing the overall balance of a patient’s features, and knows which procedure will work best to correct a flaw and reveal the beauty of a face. « The aim of enhancement and rejuvenation is not to disguise but to reveal » explains Dr Pfulg, who takes his inspiration from the golden ratio and its divine proportions.

As the founding member of the Société Suisse de Chirurgie Esthétique (Swiss Society of Cosmetic Surgeons), the Société Suisse de Chirurgie Plastique, Reconstructive et Esthétique (Swiss Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeons) and the International Confederation of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, he has contributed to the development of several techniques including the « soft lift ».

He is considered one of the best cosmetic surgeons in the world, and shares his knowledge in scientific publications, conferences and various works.

Thanks to his teaching activities, Laclinic-Montreux has become a training establishment that is recognised not only in Switzerland but also by the Dutch Association for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which aims to maintain high standards in cosmetic facial surgery.
